Scrappy Tulip Quilt

I decided to make quilt to donate for a raffle, at a local group.  I had made this pattern before and had no problem. In fact, it was my favorite of all the quilts I have made.   Well I do't know why I had so much trouble, but thread kept breaking, tension went off, every thing you could possibly think of. Finally finished it, putting on binding, and  tyeing it. Only then, did  I discovered my biggest mistake of all. One of the blocks, I had misplaced the tulips. Instead of the tulips facing each corner of the block, it was like two rows of tulips.I am going to try and post the before ,to show my big mistake. I pulled it apart carefully and fixed the bad block, and it did come out nicely. I just checked my pictures,  and I forgot to take one after I fixed it. I am 85, and have been sewing since I was 14 years old. I have corrected a lot of mistakes in sewing, but this one was the most aggravating.  The block that needed fixing is first row on left second from bottom. I wish I had taken a pic of the finished quilt, but has been delivered and, won by someone.
